How does delivery work?
Each provider sets their own delivery radius, lead time, and pricing. When you place an order, the provider you bought from is responsible for getting the wood to your address. Most providers deliver within 1–7 days.
How do payments work?
Pay through CrackleKing at checkout. We use Stripe to process the card and hold the funds until the provider accepts your order. If a provider can't fulfill, we refund automatically.
What's an "unclaimed" listing?
We've pre-listed firewood businesses from public directories so customers can find them. If a business hasn't claimed their listing on CrackleKing yet, you can still send them a quote request through us — we'll forward it and let you know when they respond.
I'm a firewood seller — how do I get on here?
Check the For providers section, or email us directly. If your business is already listed as unclaimed, we'll send you a one-time claim link to take control of it.
Something's wrong with my order.
Open the order from your account page and tap "Get help" — we'll mediate with the provider. Or email support@crackleking.com with your order ID.
Refunds?
If the provider cancels or can't deliver, we refund the full order to your original payment method automatically. For quality issues, contact support and we'll work it out case by case.
